Privacy notice
Short, and in plain English, because a notice nobody can read protects nobody.
Who is responsible
Shades of Cloud is published by SaaSCentrix LLC, which decides what is collected here and why. You can reach us through the contact page.
When you send us a message
If you fill in a form on this site we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you type, plus the page you sent it from. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Submissions are stored in BillCrop LeadFlow, a customer enquiry system operated by AkolagTech. Where that is a different company from the one that publishes this site, it handles your details on our instructions and for no purpose of its own.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser and tells us things like which page you arrived on and roughly where in the world you are. We ask Google to anonymise your IP address, so we do not receive it in full.
We do not run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site, and we do not try to identify individual readers. If you would rather not be counted at all, browser-level tracking protection or an ad blocker will stop it, and nothing on the site breaks if you do.
What we keep, and for how long
Enquiries are kept while we are talking to you and for as long afterwards as we need them for our records. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will do it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and a person will answer.
Changes
If we start doing something new with your data, this page changes first and says so plainly, rather than going quiet about it.
